This is a rare Benrus military issued field watch DTU-2A/p with a mil-w-3818b spec. It was bought from the estate of a Vietnam era pilot. It was produced in March 1968. The watch does work but only when the stem is pushed in. The stem is broke and doesn’t stay in so it will need repair/service. It is also difficult to set the time. The strap is not original as far as I know. Watch measures about 33mm across with 18mm lugs. To whoever purchases the watch I will give some details about the pilot who owned it previously.
Crystal is scratched. The inside of the acrylic box is also in need of a cleaning and there is a dark spot on the top of the box.
